Don't Bail out the UAW- BUST IT!

 I worked at GM as a college intern
in the late seventies. Just weeks into my first stint (Buick engine plant) the union threatened two walkouts.
The first because a union worker had tried to burn the plant down some years before, been tried and convicted of arson, went to jail, and had recently been released. The UNION wanted him rehired. (oddly GM didn't want to rehire him)
The other was because a woman accused 2 men of raping her on the machine floor. GM wanted them suspended during investigation- the UNION said NO.
I was also VERY popular for things like plugging in projectors for meetings. Because the UNION insisted that management call a union electrician to do it. But because I was an intern management figured they could claim that I didn't know the rules.
Finally, I was curious about all the folks playing cards ALL DAY LONG on the machine floor. I was told that they had completed their UNION quota of parts for the day- before the first hour of their shift was up.
At 18 years old, I KNEW the UNIONS were going to force GM out of my hometown REAL SOON.
And they did. Flint, Michigan was a pretty cool town when I was small. Now it's a rundown place with unemployable people. AND THAT IS THE FAULT OF THE UNION!

First we bankrupt Newsweek and MSNBC..
...then we stage a coup d'etat at CBS (shoot they can't win the LIBERAL ratings race anyway!)

**Dig it- Rush doin' the nightly news on CBS and Michelle Malkin and Sean Hannity doin' the Early Show!**

We NEED an Alternative to FOXNews!

As Soros has a firm hand (via funding) on the American Left,so too does Murdoch control most of the media of the “right”.

FOXNews and the Wall Street Journal.

The problem with that is that MURDOCH IS NO CONSERVATIVE. He wants open borders, taxpayer bailouts, and “MODERATE” politicians who can be CONTROLLED.

Sarah Palin does not fit the bill, nor did Fred Thompson. Michelle Malkin is far too conservative for Murdoch but Gerry Rivers and Bill O. are just right.

Murdoch and FOXnews will be very passive-aggressive about the “Fairness Doctrine” just watch. And he will continue to shove Mitt, Huck and the Senate RINOs down our throats.

Murdoch has a very large financial stake in keeping a CONSERVATIVE OUT OF THE WHITEHOUSE!

FOXnews is going to try to DESTROY Sarah Palin!

The GOP media(Fox,WSJ,Murdoch) would
rather have an OBAMA than a REAL CONSERVATIVE.

Do you not remember the PRIMARIES??? The pushed Mitt down our throats until we choked, then McCain and Huck. (I will always believe that a Fred/Sarah ticket would have cleaned Obama/Biden's clock- and we'd finally get a conservative SCOTUS)

THEY NEED SLAVE WAGE ILLEGAL LABOR! They do not care about social issues or life- and they despise those of us who do.

THEY WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO DESTROY SARAH PALIN! (yes, I know I'm yelling)

We have got to find a NEW PRIMARY NEWS SOURCE- for conservatives, FOXnews cannot be trusted- their agenda is to destroy Sarah Palin and any other real conservative and put one of their own own the throne (Mitt).

By God, I wish Rush could take over CBS- why they don't go conservative really puzzles me- there is NO MAINSTREAM MEDIA OUTLET THAT IS NOT LIBERAL- they are missing an enormous market- and instead finishing a POOR THIRD with the libs anyway- makes no business sense.

But, Mr. President-Elect, Just ONE thing-

When you start Redistributing the Wealth, please take all Oprah's first.
 
Then the Hollywood and Media liberal elites, then the Google guys,tech billionaires and Warren Buffett. Oh yeah- and the Wall Street guys( that the Dems made rich then bailed out) And then all the MTV artists.

Please redistribute ALL of THEIR WEALTH first- before you come after mine. Because I voted against "wealth redistribution" and they ALL VOTED FOR IT.

My son and 9/11

I did not realize that my 11 year old son had never seen the footage of the planes hitting the towers or of the first responders going into the towers- until this morning.

While I watch every year- he has usually already gone to school by 8:30. But this morning FOXnews started their 9/11/2001 footage earlier.

I found my son standing before the TV in the kitchen with his backpack on and tears running down his cheeks.

When he saw the first responders heading for the towers he said “Momma- they died didn’t they.” “Yup, many of them did.”

“Why don’t we talk more about this, momma. I want to know more.”

“Okay- we’ll find it on TV or DVD and we’ll watch it and talk about it. Now dry your tears and head for the bus.”

“Momma, I love you. And I really love America.”

“Me too, baby.”
